Air Liquide has more than 100 years of experience in transporting and controlling gas and in particular gaseous oxygen in the safest conditions. This experience resulted in internal “Engineering Practices” that give rules and regulations for the gas oxygen piping, and in particular the design of oxygen valve trains. These requirements are constantly updated and upgraded, to always present the best solution for safety and efficiency.
In addition with being designed according to CE norms or to both NFPA 86 (National Fire Protection Association, 1995 edition) and CGA G-4.4-1993 (Compressed Gas Association, Inc.) norms, the valve trains supplied by ACI follows additional requirements.

All ACI oxygen valve trains branches are made of stainless steel so as to resists to the propagation of a flame at oxygen pressure up to 200 psig (~14 bar), even when subjected to a strong initiator
